While every reasonable precaution has been taken by Willow Inn to ensure the safety and security of guests and their possessions during their stay, Willow Inn, its owners, employees, and agents (collectively, “Willow Inn”) shall not be liable for any sickness, injury, loss, or damage to persons or property experienced by guests, except where such loss or damage arises from the gross negligence or intentional misconduct of Willow Inn. By signing this form, guests acknowledge and accept these terms.
Willow Inn shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to valuables or property belonging to guests, including but not limited to photographic equipment, laptops, electronic devices, jewellery, cash, or vehicles. Guests are solely responsible for arranging adequate insurance coverage for all personal items prior to arrival at Willow Inn.
The swimming pool, braai area, and other recreational facilities at Willow Inn are used entirely at the guests’ own risk. Guests acknowledge that no lifeguards or similar safety personnel are provided, and no life-saving equipment is available. By using these facilities, guests fully indemnify Willow Inn against any claims arising from injury, bodily harm, death, or loss of property resulting from the use of these facilities, except where caused by Willow Inn’s gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Guests shall be liable for any loss or damage to Willow Inn’s property caused by their acts or omissions, whether intentional, negligent, or accidental. Guests will be responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement of damaged property and will be billed accordingly.
Willow Inn shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations or for any loss, damage, or injury arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, water shortages, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) 4 of 2013, Willow Inn collects and processes personal information provided by guests solely for the purpose of their stay. Guests consent to such processing by signing this form. Willow Inn undertakes to protect personal information in accordance with POPIA and will not disclose it to third parties unless required by law.
Willow Inn maintains a strict no-alcohol policy. Guests are prohibited from bringing, consuming, or storing alcohol on the premises. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the guest’s stay without refund, and guests will be liable for any loss, damage, or cleaning costs incurred by Willow Inn as a result of such violation.
Guests are not permitted to bring visitors onto Willow Inn premises at any time. Only registered guests may access the facilities and accommodation. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the guest’s stay without refund, and Willow Inn reserves the right to pursue legal action for any resulting loss or damage.
Guests must adhere to Willow Inn’s house rules, which are available on request and displayed at the premises. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the guest’s stay without refund, and Willow Inn reserves the right to pursue legal action for any resulting loss or damage.
Willow Inn reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate a guest’s stay at its sole discretion, provided such action is exercised lawfully and reasonably. Willow Inn shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the exercise of this right, except where caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Willow Inn is a non-smoking establishment, except in designated outdoor areas. Guests who violate this policy will be liable for any cleaning or repair costs incurred by Willow Inn.
Minors (persons under 18 years of age) are the sole responsibility of their parents, guardians, or persons in whose care they are entrusted while at Willow Inn or using its facilities. Parents or guardians indemnify Willow Inn against any claims arising from incidents involving minors.
