House rules

No visitors permittedOnly registered guests may be on the property. No day visitors or unregistered guests are permitted in rooms, the garden, or communal areas at any time.
Non-smoking indoorsWillow Inn is a non-smoking property indoors. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Please ask at check-in for the designated smoking spot.
Respect for neighboursWillow Inn is in a quiet residential neighbourhood. We ask all guests to be mindful of noise levels, particularly after 22:00.
Room careGuests are responsible for any damage to rooms or property during their stay. Please treat the property with the same care you would your own home.

Check-in & check-out

Check-in from 14:00Early check-in may be available on request, subject to room availability. Please contact us in advance to arrange.
Check-out by 10:00Late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability and an additional charge. Please arrange with us the evening before departure.
Breakfast served 07:00–09:00Breakfast is included in all room rates and served daily between 07:00 and 09:00. Please let us know in advance of any dietary requirements.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@willowinn.co.za. Cancellation charges are calculated from the date the written notice is received.

How far is Willow Inn from Kruger National Park?
We are approximately 30 minutes from the nearest Kruger gate — Numbi Gate via the R538. Malelane Gate is also within easy reach. We are happy to advise on which gate suits your itinerary best.
How far is the airport?
Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport (KMIA) is 30.5 km from Willow Inn — approximately 25 minutes by car. Airport transfers are available through our partner Wild Photo Africa. Ask us when you book.
Is breakfast really included?
Yes — breakfast is included in every room rate, every morning. It is served between 07:00 and 09:00. Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary requirements and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Is there load shedding at Willow Inn?
No. We have backup power throughout the property so your stay is unaffected by load shedding. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and all appliances continue to run normally during any outages.
Is there parking at Willow Inn?
Yes — we have free, secure on-site parking for all guests. Drive in through the gate when you arrive and our manager will show you where to park.
Which Kruger gate should I use?
It depends on your plans. From Willow Inn, Numbi Gate (via the R538) is closest — about 30 minutes. Malelane Gate suits guests heading to the southern section. Paul Kruger Gate near Skukuza is about an hour. We are happy to advise based on what you want to see.
Can you arrange safari transfers or game drives?
Yes. We work with Wild Photo Africa — a specialist Kruger safari and transfer operator. They offer airport transfers, full-day guided safaris, and photography drives. Ask us at the time of booking or on arrival and we will connect you directly.
What is the Wi-Fi like?
We have complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property. It is reliable and fast enough for remote work, video calls, and streaming. Backup power means it stays on during load shedding too.
Are the rooms on ground floor or first floor?
We have rooms on both ground and first floor. If you have a preference or mobility requirement, please mention it when booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What languages do you speak?
We are happy to communicate in English, Afrikaans, German, isiZulu, and Siswati. Whatever makes you feel most at home.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations 30 days or more before arrival incur a 25% deposit charge. At 21 days, 50% of the deposit. At 14 days, 100% of the deposit. At 7 days or less, 100% of the total booking. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@willowinn.co.za.
